Hi, I’m Sheldon Callahan

Hi, I’m Sheldon Callahan. I’ve spent the last three decades training and teaching Shaolin Kung Fu, Qigong, Tai Chi, and meditation. I lead programs at the Deep Root Center for Spiritual Studies in Oakland, where my focus is simple: make these practices practical, grounded, and accessible to everyday people.
