Shaolin Life is program under the Deep Root Center for Spiritual Studies 501c3 founded 2006 by Monks from Shaolin Monastery (Henan Province, China) as the Shaolin Buddhist Temple and Education Foundation, that has a mission to preserve and continue the 1,500-year-old tradition of Shaolin. Historically the Shaolin Temple was enriched by the people and masters of it’s community. Being enriched by the progressive flow of the bay The Foundation evolved and expanded its view, teachers and mission. Shaolin Life focuses its effort bringing inner awareness and enlightenment studies through arts such as martial, spiritual, and wellness arts (Kung Fu, Qi Gong Tai Chi, and Meditation).
